COOKING CLASS: 4hrs Koupepia

Cypriot Koupepia (stuffed vine leaves) & Ttalattouri Dip

At this class we will create together a delicious:

  • Koupepia (stuffed vine leaves)
  • “Ttalattouri”, a yogurt dip (similar to Tzatziki)!

*Koupepia can be made with Pork, Chicken mince or vegetarian.

LET’S GET COOKING!


In this Class we will learn how to master a Cyprus culinary meze dish, “koupepia”, discover the tasty goodness of Koupepia, a Cypriot favorite! These dolmades, packed with either ground pork or chicken, rice, fresh herbs, and seasoning, are wrapped in grape leaves and cooked with zesty tomato and lemon juice. You can also go veggie and swap the meat for veggies. Whether you like it hot or cold, as a snack or a main dish, Koupepia is a hit. It’s a family go-to because everyone loves it – no need for a backup meal when Koupepia is on the table!

We will also make “Ttalattouri”, a yogurt dip (similar to Tzatziki).
