Cypriot Oven Baked Pasta & Ttalattouri

At this class we will create together a delicious:

  • “Makaronia tou fournou” Cypriot Oven Baked Pasta
  • “Ttalattouri”, a yogurt dip (similar to Tzatziki)

This class is all about learning one of the most loved Cypriot dishes, “Makaronia tou fournou”! A dish that is  always there for all family gatherings, parties, weddings and happy moments, the freshness of the mint, the sweetness of the cinnamon, the saltiness of the halloumi on the amazing crunchy top, awakens memories from every Cypriot childhood! We will also make “Ttalattouri”, a yogurt dip (similar to Tzatziki).
