In this Class we will learn how to master a Cyprus culinary meze dish, “koupepia”, discover the tasty goodness of Koupepia, a Cypriot favorite! Koupepia are packed with either ground pork or chicken, rice, fresh herbs, and seasoning, are wrapped in grape leaves and cooked with zesty tomato and lemon juice. You can also go veggie and swap the meat for veggies. Whether you like it hot or cold, as a snack or a main dish, Koupepia is a hit. It’s a family go-to because everyone loves it – no need for a backup meal when Koupepia is on the table!
Cypriot Cheese Ravioli
Discover the flavors of Cyprus with our Ravioles, a culinary treasure dating back to Venetian times. Filled with a blend of Halloumi or Anari cheese, eggs, and a touch of mint, these pasta pockets encapsulate the island’s rich heritage.

Melomakarona (Christmas Honey Cookies)
Melomakarona are one of the most popular treats in Greece and Cyprus during the Christmas Holidays with their intense homely smell full of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg making every house smelling like Christmas!
The word “melomakarona” is a combination of the two words “meli”, which means honey and “makarona”. “Makarona” comes from the ancient word “makaria” and means blessed.
