Cooking Class – “Koupepia” & Talatouri dip

This June & July, Cokones will be hosting
small group Cypriot cooking classes
in the peaceful village of Eptagonia,
for just 4 -6 guests per class.
Each session includes a bonus experience:
handpicking seasonal organic vegetables before we cook! 🧺🥬
📅 Here are the class dates & dishes:
- 7 June:
🍲 Cypriot Yiouvetsi (orzo with pork mince) & yogurt dip
Vegetarian option available - 21 June:
🍮 Galaktompoureko (custard phyllo dessert) & Spinachrice
Vegetarian - 5 July:
🍃 Koupepia (stuffed vine leaves – vegan version available)
& Talatouri dip - 19 July:
🍷 Pourgouri with Mushroom or Pork Afelia (wine-stewed style)
