Terms and Conditions for Booking
Please review the following terms and conditions before booking:
- Confirmation Deadline: The group must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled class. This allows us to secure the venue, assemble the team, and make all necessary arrangements to ensure a great experience for your guests.
- Payment: 50% Payment is required upon confirmation of the booking and 50% a week before the events. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Guest Experience: We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. Please inform us of any special requirements or preferences, such as allergies or dietary restrictions, so that we can accommodate them to the best of our ability.
